Shipping & Delivery(Onewaya.in)

We strive to deliver products purchased from Onewaya.in in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases within India, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. Shipping charges will be applicable for all orders to be delivered in other countries except India.

• If the order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.

• If you cancel part of the order after the dispatch of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

• If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

• Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name, and Locality along with a Landmark.

• Enter correct City, State, and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.

• Kindly make sure that the Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery-related queries.

Onewaya.in at its own cost guarantees to deliver products to all cities across India. We shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment and any related fines/penalties.

To ensure safe delivery of all products, the same is packed in a waterproof and corrugated box. All orders are shipped by the best transport/courier agencies and home delivered within approximately 3-6 working days after dispatch of the shipment. Products shall be dispatched within 36 hours and shipped within 48 hours of the order received if the next day is a working day.
