Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations are permitted until before the ordered goods have reached the customer.

A free cancellation is permitted only until 6 hours of placing the order.

Post 6 hours of placing, the order WAYA may deduct the costs incurred in shipping the product or other logistic charges depending on the distance for fulfilment.

All refunds will be done within 7 working days of the approval of the cancellation and receipt of banking details of the customer.

Post delivery of the product to the customer and opening of the box, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.

Goods damaged during transit if any will be replaced without any additional cost to the customer on presentation of evidence that the goods are received in a damaged condition. Towards the same, customers are advised to ensure that goods are opened under a video capture at the time of unboxing the goods clearly showing the seals before starting with the unboxing and thereafter ensuring that the unboxing is clearly captured highlighting where the defect was found.
